Here comes Valentine’s Day and I want to share my love of dark chocolate with you. I don’t indulge in it very often, but when I do, (if it’s great quality) it is so worth it!

After that, each truffle is carefully dusted with cocoa powder, which makes them look even more delicious and hard to resist.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces of good dark chocolate (70% cocoa or more), broken up; 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon of real vanilla taste
- For the covering, you can use cocoa powder, chopped nuts, or shredded coconut.
Instructions
- Put the heavy cream in a small pot and heat it over medium-low heat until it begins to boil.
- Take the pan off the heat and mix in the chopped dark chocolate. Wait a minute so the chocolate can melt.
- Carefully stir the ingredients together until the chocolate is smooth and melted.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix it in well.
- Put the chocolate mix in a small dish and put it in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it gets hard.

When I’m in the mood for the ultimate comfort food, dark chocolate brownies are the only thing that will do. They have just the right amount of fudgy luxury and strong cocoa goodness. - 3 and a half cups of sugar crystals

- 1 teaspoon of real vanilla taste

- 1/8 of a teaspoon of salt
- 1 and a half cups of chopped nuts

- Warm the oven up to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
- On low heat, mix the chopped dark chocolate and butter in a small pot. Stir the mixture all the time until it’s smooth. Take it off the heat and let it cool down a bit.
- Granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract should all be mixed together well in a big bowl using a whisk.
- Slowly add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture while mixing it in.
- Mix the flour and salt in slowly until they are just mixed. Be careful not to mix too much.
- If you want to, fold in the chopped nuts.
- When the baking pan is ready, pour the batter in and spread it out evenly.
- In a hot oven, bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out with a few moist bits on it.
- Let the brownies cool all the way in the pan before you cut them into squares.
